- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, taxation, cost control, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate finance-related matters with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding reporting and financial policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the finance team to ensure timely and accurate execution of financial procedures.
- Implement and enhance financial risk management and internal control systems.
Qualifications 任职资格
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and financial regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and financial planning skills.
